All the hams are excellent! We live in Utah now after spending our lives in Iowa near Amana, and these hams and everything else we order from the meat shop means so much to us as they remind us of home. Cannot recommend your products enough!

The smoked ribs were a wonderful trip down memory lane! Have not had them in a very long time. So glad I gave them a try. I froze them when they arrived and the cooked up super juicy and tender in the oven, smothered in pineapple chunks.

During the holidays I send my niece bacon from various places. she is an expert on bacon. she raved about Amana bacon. I decided to try their ham products for Easter. It was outstanding. It was lean and not salty which sometimes happens with ham. I used the bone for pea soup and it turned out fantastic. This will be the company who gets my business in the future

I ordered the Amana Ham Sampler for Thanksgiving and I am very pleased with the choice. The bone in ham and honey ham meant guests who don't like smoked ham had a choice. The flavor of the smoked ham was excellent. For the price it is a hard selection to beat.

THE HAM SAMPLER CAME ON TIME AND WAS VERY TASTY--I GIVE THE BONELESS SMOKED HONEY-CURED 5-STARS-THE BEST OF ALL THE HAMS TASTED-KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Amana Hams are fully cooked and ready to eat. To serve warm: if frozen thaw in refrigerator, remove packaging and place on a rack in a shallow pan or roaster with a small amount of water. Cover with foil or lid. Place in a pre-heated 325° oven. Bake approximately 12-14 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°. Remove foil 3/4 the way through the cooking time so browning can occur. Basting with your favorite sauce is optional. We recommend our Horseradish Jelly - delicious! Call to order.
Hams may be stored in the freezer in their original packaging for up the three months.
