Delivering fresh, quality Amana products directly to your doorstep is very important to us. Shipping rates are broken down by region and based on ensuring your package arrives within 2-3 days after leaving our shop. Orders ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays.

Review your email confirmation! Is your shipping address and order info correct? Our 2-3 day shipping guarantee only applies to correctly addressed orders. Please include phone numbers for ship-to addresses if the delivery address differs from your own.

Order Processing

Once your order is processed for shipment, your package will arrive at its destination in 2-3 days. (No orders are processed over weekends.) All orders will be shipped as soon as possible unless a "Preferred Ship Date" is specified at checkout. Our goal is to ship on or as close as possible to that date.

How Products Are Shipped

Hams, Summer Sausage, & Smoked Items

Meats cooked and preserved through smoking do not require dry ice to ship. They are properly sealed, packaged, and remain safe for consumption throughout shipping. To ensure food safety during the hot summer months, we may need to ship without a gift box and repackage items into cooler bags or coolers.

Steaks, Chops & Breaded Tenderloins

Our hand-selected steaks, chops and breaded tenderloins are frozen and placed in Styrofoam coolers with dry ice or Enviro Ice* reusable gel packs and shipped in a corrugated box.

Items that DON'T REQUIRE dry ice ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Items that REQUIRE dry ice ship 2-Day via UPS on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for home delivery on Thursdays or Fridays.
