I'm sure it will be terrific!

I was grateful for the opportunity to order a pound of bacon with my ham order at a special "add on" price. I haven't yet tried the bacon, but I am definitely looking forward to it! My small ham from Amana was outstanding, and so I am confident that I'm going to really love the bacon too.

Excellent Bacon and Pork Tenderloin

The bacon is totally delicious. Best I have ever had. The pork tenderloin is tender, juicy and very flavorful. I tried both frying and baking and both methods work well. I didn't deep fry but a 1/2 inch of oil in pan. Would order again!

SCRUMPTIOUS!!

This bacon is so good I have to ration it to my family, otherwise it would be gone before it reached the table!

Stovetop method: Place bacon in a cold pan. Turn on heat and simmer low and slow, turning once to brown both sides. Cooking times will vary depending on how you prefer your bacon. Less for chewy, a bit longer for crispy. For other suggestions, see our Cooking & Serving Instructions.
