I started at Amana with an order my brother sent me . Ii was Ribeye Steaks. Tey were extreme;y deliciousand i continued ordering them for a couple of years. Then on my last order I tried the Filet Mignons and they were the best I have had dfor quite some time. I am ordering another 32 of them today. Great Steaks.

Sat. night is steak night at our house. So we decided to do 1 8 oz. filet from Amana, and another 1 8 oz. filet from another vendor, which we have ordered from for years. Hands down, Amana was the best. It was extremely tender, great taste, absolutely fantastic. Amana will be our steak choice going forward.

My wife has to have a very lean cut of meat and these were that. They cooked up beautifully were moist and tender. Definitely when the current supply runs out, going to be a larger order. I can see it now, snow up to my nostrils but grilling these out side ...worth it.

The filet mignon shipped to NY in 2 days and arrived very cold with the dry ice still active. My family said it was the most tender, flavorful best steaks they had ever had. I ordered the 8 oz steaks and they pan seared them due to snow outside. Yummy!

If you're looking for a 5-star steak at less than 1/2 of restaurant prices, order Amana Steaks. I bought them weekly when they were available at Hy-Vee, and when Hy-Vee stopped carrying them, I was so disappointed. I had my first one last night from the order they sent me and I was in HEAVEN. Best steak I've had in 6 years !!!!

The Amana 6 oz. fillet tenderloins and 12 oz. smoked pork chops with bone in were surperb and prepared by Chefs who were impressed with the quality, texture, and flavor of the meats! If your steaks are frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bring them to room temperature before grilling. Heat your grill to medium high. Brush the steaks on both sides with oil and season liberally with your favorite seasonings. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare, 5 to 7 minutes for medium, or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well. (We recommend using a meat thermometer to check internal temperatures: 135° for medium rare, 140° for medium, or 150° for well done.) Allow you steaks to rest 5-10 minutes before serving to reabsorb their juices.
A pre-heated oven broiler may also be used, following the same basic guidelines as for grilling. *Note: Cooking times may vary per oven. When using an electric range, leave door ajar when broiling. With gas ranges, the door should remain closed.
Tip: Try our All Natural Seasoning to add great flavor!
Steaks may be frozen in their original packaging for up to three months.
