The Li'l Smoked Bone In Ham and Smoked Boneless Pork Loin are fully cooked and only need to be reheated. We recommend an over temperature of 325°. Add a small amount of water or other liquid to the bottom of the pan, keeping it covered. Heat for approximately 13-15 minutes per pound, or until an internal temperature of 135°. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving for the juices to redistribute for best results.
