We love pork and these are delicious. Many people don't appreciate visible fat; however, I like the additional flavor it provides. These are very lean, so don't overcook.

We visited the Amana Meat Shop this year and purchased several of the smoked boneless pork chops to take back home. They are thick, juicy, and very flavorful. Easy to heat for a quick meal. Love the horseradish jelly they sell. Great with the chops.

Our boneless pork chops are so quick and easy to cook. Brush the chops on both sides with oil. Season liberally with your favorite seasonings on both sides. Grill them over a pre-heated grill on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer reaches a temperature of 145°. If too much browning is taking place, remove them from direct heat to finish cooking. You may also brown them in a skillet 2-3 minutes per side and finish baking them in a covered dish at 325° oven until done at 145°. Always let your pork chops rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Tip: Marinating your pork before cooking adds flavor and moistness to the meat. We also recommend using our All Natural Seasoning which adds great flavor and pairs perfectly with pork!
