Meaty Treat

These are the best
I have served these ribs to company and always receive rare reviews. They are fork tender--no knife needed. These ribs are the best I have ever eaten. They always arrive frozen even during summer months. Highly recommend

Where's the smoke?
These ribs are very meaty and tender. The BBQ sauce is great, so the flavor is pretty good. However, there is not a good deal of deep smoke flavor or even a smoke ring layer. Though fall-off-the bone tender, that's a little less texture and "mouth" than I prefer. Still, pretty good ribs at a price and quality on par with what's available locally, and free delivery, once.
Amana Response: Thank you so much for your feedback. We actually do NOT smoke our BBQ ribs, so thus they will not have the smoky taste
like smoked ribs. They are cooked, but not smoked. We are glad you found them meaty and tender!

SUPER SUPER SUPER BIG HIT!!!
Ordered these for a rib-loving friend and he has RAVED about them. As in, "the best ribs I've ever eaten", and he has eaten a lot of ribs. The pleasure these brought to a dear friend was worth every penny. Will not hesitate to order again!

Amana Meats Order
The ribs look fabulous- we have not yet had them to eat - but can't wait. I can attest to the tenderloins. My husband does not like tenderloins that are not made from meat, but rather part pressed together. These tenderloins he loves.

Ribdelicious!!
The Amana pork bar-b-q ribs were outstanding! Moist, tender, thick, loaded with meat and so-o-o tasty! Until now, I've only been able to buy and prepare ribs that weren't even 1/4 as meaty as these and nowhere near as tender and juicy. And I'm considered a good rib cooker. Definitely will be re-ordering these again.
You do the cookin' and we'll do the eatin'!
As an aside, I was also impressed how frozen they were upon arrival with probably 1/3 to 1/2 the dry ice still intact inside the Styrofoam cooler in the 90 degree Texas weather.

Fabulousness in a box!!
It was 90 degrees this week when our rib order arrived for Memorial Day. I held my breath as to whether or not the meat was still even cold. Lo and behold,.....it was like a rock and there were even two large slabs of dry ice left in the bag. I will take the ribs out tomorrow (Sunday) to defrost for the holiday, but know they'll be just as good, moist and delicious as the pork tenderloins I just received the previous week. Kudos to the staff and keep up the EXCELLENT job you all are doing. Yee Haw!!!

Good ribs, no heating directions
The ribs are very tasty and cooked well. However, I was hoping for directions on the best way to warm them up. I actually overcooked them the first time. It would be really helpful if warming (cooking) directions were included as stated in the description. I will be buying them again, even without the directions.

A bit dry
I was a bit disappointed in the ribs I received. They have proven to be very dry. I'm not sure I would order these again.
Amana Response: So sorry you found them a bit dry! They are fully cooked, so we just heat them through. Add extra
barbecue sauce towards the end of heating for extra moisture.

Birthday Ribs and Bacon
I surprised my hubby with a shipment of BBQ ribs from AMANA Meat Shop and Smokehouse. OMG, let the hug fest begin! The box arrived on the day I requested, as it always does. The slabs of ribs were froze solid, neatly packed inside of a cooler, packed inside of a solid box. All the paperwork was on top and included the note I asked to include and cooking instructions. All the packing was neat and clean. The ribs are delicious. There is a perfect ratio of sauce to slab. ya taste the meat without too much sauce overpowering each bite. The sauce is not too spicy, just the right amount of tang for us. The ribs are meaty and the cooking instructions are always right on. The only thing that rivaled the ribs was the box of bacon my parents sent to him from AMANA Meat Shop and Smokehouse. Seriously the best bacon e-VAH!!! My husband was one happy boy as he unpacked the birthday bounty from those boxes. Seriously, AMANA Meat's, you do it right every time.

Bar-b-que ribs
We are in our 80's, originally from the southwest, and have always loved ribs. I ordered these for my sons for Christmas, then ordered them for us. The meat is very tender but FATTY! I do not think our stomachs like them! Very good service.

Ham/steaks/ribs
The ham for Christmas was fantastic. Our daughter was home for the holidays and said "This is the best ham I have ever had". We loved the steaks too. I must have thrown away the directions on cooking the ribs. I will call for information. Whenever I have called the service is great.

Wonderful
We had these at Christmas and they were delicious! The meat was tender and just fell off the bone! They come with BBQ sauce on them, and we added a little more. Will be getting these again.

Ribs and Steak
We got a order as a gift and the ribs were excellent and the steak was ok...a bit tough for ribeye's. We cook them med raw and I specialize in steaks...and I have had better cuts to be honest. Ribs were outstanding though and very flavorful , great sauce so I would order again.

Great Ribs
Awesome flavor, so tender and moist. Warmed up easily as per instructions and nothing to do but eat. Minimal fat which made them even better to eat. I'll be back.

Perfect. Absolutely perfect
Completely thaw ribs before reheating. We recommend reheating the ribs in your oven or a crockpot. Oven method: Preheat your oven to 350°. Place ribs in a shallow pan that is covered with foil until heated through, approximately 30-40 minutes. You may remove foil to caramelize the sauce for the last 15 minutes. If using a crockpot use low heat for approximately 3-4 hours, keeping it covered. Additional sauce may be added if you desire.
*Tip: Serve with a napkin. You may need one or two.
