Q: The Amana ham filet , is that like the gammon bacon we could buy in the U.K. just cut more like bacon ? Thank you .

  A: Thank you for your inquiry, but no I would not compare it to gammon bacon. It is the top portion of the whole bone-in ham. It has the same flavor and texture as our whole ham, but without the bone.
