  A: For our Amana Spiral-Sliced Hams, we recommend heating at a temperature of 275 degrees for 15 minutes per pound. Place ham in a shallow pan with a small amount of water and cover with foil.

  A: Plan on 3 people per pound. And so you have some ham for tasty leftovers, I would go for our 5-6 lb. Boneless Spiral-Sliced Ham to serve 9 people. Bake at 275 degrees for about 15 minutes per pound.

  A: Our meats are definitely gluten-free, although the hams are smoked and fully cooked which will add preservatives. Hope that helps!
