  A: Yes, good to be very careful where allergies are concerned. Here are the ingredients listed on our Amana Beef Jerky label: Beef, salt, sugar, brown sugar, maple sugar, spices, garlic powder, spice extractives, sodium nitrate. Let us know if you have any other questions!

  A: Our beef jerky will keep even longer in the refrigerator, but it is not necessary. In the 2 lb. pack of jerky, you will receive 8 - 1/4 lb. packages.
