My husband and I received this gift pack as a Holiday gift. It was quite appreciated and enjoyed. We had that homemade, high quality, handcrafted addition to our holiday table that added to the special uniqueness we love so about Christmas time. Got this for my Dad who is on the low carb wagon and didn't want him to be left out with special treats during the holidays. Yeah the store bought summer sausage is good but... you get so much bang for your buck with this. This pack was the hit of the snack table. If you get this as a gift do yourself a favorite and get one for home too!

Everything went very well with my order. I received timely confirmation, ship date commitment, and invoice. My package arrived to my recipient on time and in good shape. The only thing that was a little odd was that when I was placing my order I'm sure I read somewhere that shipping was 7.95, but it was instead 10.95. Not a big deal. Also, I tried to add something on by following the specials link (I can't remember what it's called now), but I couldn't get it to work. Every time I added the item I wanted it posted as full price, not the advertised discounted price.

We placed an order for a an upcoming open house function and were concerned if the order would arrive on time, the Amana team did an outstanding job in getting the order delivered in time, thank you to the Amana team.

Our summer sausages and Canadian Bacon are fully cooked and ready to eat. If you prefer to serve your Canadian bacon warm, gently reheat in the oven at 325°. Place whole 1.5 LB piece in a shallow pan with a small amount of water added. Cover completely and heat for approximately 15 minutes. Refrigerate after opening.
