This is the second year I have sent a gift to
my daughter and her family. This year, since they had received a gift last year was highly anticipated. I had just let them know when to expect the delivery from Amana Meats. They ate most anxious to try the ribs in the variety. I am happy to surprise them with something they love.

Have only cooked the short ribs so far and with additional BBQ sauce, they were great. Have not tried anything else but how can anyone mess up making sausage or burgers, right? Kind of an old trade and if they are as good as the short ribs, you have a winner

Father-in-law Approved

We sent this to my father-in-law for his birthday. We usually send him the Amana Iowa Pork Chops but decided to try something new. He really enjoyed the Ribs in the sampler. We'll just have to figure out how to add Pork Chops to the gift in the future!

Our smoked bratwurst are fully cooked and just need to be browned and heated through. You may grill them or place them in a lightly greased skillet on your stovetop. Cook over medium heat, turning for even browning for approximately 5-7 minutes.
