At first when I sliced the outside t seemed dry. My son sliced up the whole piece putting it on plates and into a ziplock bag and into the fridge. I did not want to take a chance on it spoiling. It was delicious when just the right amount of smoked flavor. I would buy the turkey again. I could gift it as well.

The smoked turkey breast we ordered was awesome! It weighed in at 6.5 pounds which was the perfect size for the number of people we had for Thanksgiving. The heating instructions were very clear and it really turned out moist and juicy. Would suggest indicating the size/weight on the packaging. I had to weigh it myself so I knew how long to heat it. I miss coming to Amana but this virus, our ages and health, we can't get into the car and drive there . We are isolating and it gets boring. Same meals and smells. Then I found the store online. I am not a pork person, but the turkey. It was delicious. The smoking was great, not too much, not too little. the whole breast is moist. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one and it is in the freezer. We might enjoy it instead of the giant bird for thanksgiving or later. In fact this delicious, want to come back for 3rds and 4ths smoked turkey breast has prompted me to order beef. Keep it up. When the virus is controlled, I will be in your shop regularly. :)

Try a nicely warmed 6 pound Smoked Turkey Breast. I swear that baby looked like a twin to the one pictured in the catalog. Believe me, it looked great, the oven smell was knocking my nose for a loop and the smoked white meat lasted for 3 great meals, plus a couple of sandwiches. I will be back.

Our family is getting smaller. We tried the smoked turkey breast ourselves to see if we would want to serve it for Thanksgiving. Delicious, moist with wonderful flavor. We've ordered another for Thanksgiving dinner, and will serve it with an orange marmalade and mustard sauce. YUM!!!

Our Smoked Turkeys are fully cooked and ready to eat. We recommend that the turkey be served at room temperature, but can be re-heated and still be delicious. Simply follow these instructions for re-heating for the best results.
To serve warm: if frozen thaw in refrigerator, remove packaging and place on a rack in a pan or roaster with a small amount of water. Cover with foil or lid. Place in a pre-heated 325° oven. Bake approximately 12 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°. (You may bathe the turkey with liquid from the pan during the heating process for maximum flavor and to retain moisture.) Remove foil 3/4 the way through the cooking time so browning can occur. Basting with the turkey with your favorite savory sauce is always an option. Let rest approximately 10 minutes before serving.
The turkey may be stored in the freezer in it's original packaging for up the three months.
*SPECIAL NOTE: Your smoked turkey may have a pink cast when sliced. This is a harmless characteristic of smoked poultry.
