The Best
These are absolutely the best smoked chops. The only complaint I would have is they are not consistent with every order. Sometimes they are thicker than others. Sometimes the fat cap is there and sometimes there is none. I like the fat to add flavor.
Amana Response: Thank you so much for your feedback! We do try to get as consistent as possible, but every pig is different, so there will be differences in the chops. I will make a note in your account that you like the fat cap.

Smoked pork chops and beef jerky
My husband and I loved the smoked pork chops. They were delicately smoked and not overpowered. We really liked the convenience of just heating them up and they were perfect every time. You beef jerky is our favorite. We were fighting over it, so next time we'll just have to order more!

Favorite Pork Chops
We won't buy smoked pork chops in the grocery store any more. These are hands down the best - very flavorful, moist, thicker and less fatty around the edges than traditional ones. Very pleased and we will buy these several times through the year moving forward.

These Chops Hit The Spot!
I remember Grandmother putting on a big thick pot full of kraut, red potatoes and smoked chops when I was a young girl, fifty years ago. That memory hit me a few weeks back, and I wanted my husband to experience the dish. I was in despair, however, as we have no way of smoking chops and knew of no one near who sold them. I did an online search, and low and behold, there was the Amana Meat shop. I ordered six chops (could not resist summer sausage and cheese, too). My husband raved about the chops. While not a sauerkraut guy, he really took care of the chops and potatoes. Thanks for shipping those great chops! Anyone one the fence about ordering these, hop right off and have them shipped! These are wonderful!

A treat for dinner or lunch
Not much beats these smoked pork chops. Thick and moist sets them apart from all the rest. I bought them for the family's Christmas meal. They loved the pork chop. It was a true treat for meal.

Smoked Pork Chops
Outstanding! Very much as it was expected based upon all the great reviews. Was curious what kind of wood was used in the smoking process. Nice mild flavor and not too smokey. Chops are very tender and nice and thick. We ordered 12, and I like that they came individually packaged and sealed. Very reasonable priced and shipping costs are also very reasonable! We like the horseradish pepper sauce on them too. We will be ordering these again.

Childhood memories

I lived in Omaha for 30 years, and I loved the "Iowa cut" pork chops we got from several meat markets. Amana's are delicious, juicy, flavorful and tender. We also included smoked pork chops and a bacon sampler in our order, and both were outstanding. They threw in a bottle of horseradish jelly for the smoked chops, and I'm using it on beef and even an elk tenderloin we cooked last night.

Does not Disappoint
As usual Amana Meats comes through. These smoked pork chops are our very favorite and I am so glad you now package them in 12. The shipment came on time and the pork chops were still frozen.
They are absolutely delicious and so tender, my husband says that he has never had a pork chop you can cut with a fork. Our whole family loves them. We will have a couple tonight for dinner.

Excellent smoked pork chops.
This is my 2nd purchase of these pork chops. They are sensational and take but a few minutes to heat up. They don't need any additional seasoning, but I like to rub in thyme, sage and black pepper and serve with applesauce, lingonberries and the Amana horseradish sauce. I like a good not too sweet Riesling wine with them.

I ordered the smoked Pork Chops on the recommendation from our friends in Tucson. You did not disappoint, they are the best pork chops I have had in a long time. They remind me of my midwest roots which I left a long time ago. Service was wonderful, they arrived still cold and one chop was even a little frozen, probably from the dry ice. We will definitely be ordering from you again. Next we will try the sausages.

Can not go wrong

I have been ordering these smoked pork chops for years. I've purchased others from local butchers and there is no comparison. They take eight minutes to warm...a real quick dinner on a busy night. These are only the best!

the mild smoky favor added to the meat is just rite. my honey slow cooks the meat on a bed of sauerkraut . the kraut is tempered with chicken stock and apple sauce salt and pepper.

Test...
This was a trial order to judge quality & test prep time... The product passed easily... I'll be ordering 40 or so of these for a event I have in mid-October... So, the product was A-OK, what was not so good was the UPS delivery... Shipped on a Monday, due on Wednesday, but did not arrive until 2:45 p.m. on Thursday... The dry ice was gone, the product completely defrosted, but still cool to the touch...
Amana Response: Thanks for the comments! I tracked your package to make sure it did travel the correct days and it did. We shipped on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. The smoked chops
do not require dry ice, but often in the summertime, we do include some dry ice. If we do include, we want the dry ice to be completely sublimated so you don't have to worry about handling it upon arrival. And cool to the touch is perfect for our fully cooked, smoked pork chops. They are ready to place in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy or freeze if you aren't going to use in the next couple of weeks. Be sure to call us when you are ready to order for your event. We will be delighted to help you!

I had the smoked pork chops shipped to a friend's house (where we vacationed) to share between the six of us for dinner. Because they are already cooked, it makes dinner effortless when you just add a salad. The pork chops were AWESOME and everyone raved about them! I also shipped in the Double Smoked Sausage and Cheese Curds as tag alongs for an appetizer. It all arrived on time just as it was stated on the Amana email confirmations!

As always, pork chops look great! We of course know they will taste good. We order these a lot.
The secret to perfectly cooked Smoked Pork Chops is not to overcook them. Place chops on a pre-heated (medium heat) grill for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Turn and grill for an additional 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. You may also use a griddle or skillet brushed with oil to cook them. Just heat through and serve, there is nothing to it!
Tip: Once you've turned them, baste the pork chops with our Horseradish Jelly. It adds a sweet and savory element to their already fabulous taste. You can also serve our Horseradish Jelly on the side for dipping. Delicious! Call to order.
