We have ordered gifts from the meatshop for years and everything is always perfect. We love it!

Our smoked pork chops are fully cooked and only need to be re-heated. Place on a preheated grill or skillet for about 2 1/2-3 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for an additional 1-1/2 minutes. The bacon may be cooked by your preferred method. Summer sausages and cheese are ready to enjoy!
