Not bad but...

If you're having the ham by itself, the smoked taste is a bit much for my taste. However, if you have the ham with the swiss cheese, it's takes the edge off of the smoked taste. Ham is quite lean, very little waste.

The ham is sweet, moist and not salty. The Baby Swiss cheese is sweet and nutty. What a terrific sandwich!!! I'm very happy that I added myself to the gift list. The next time I want to eat ham, it'll be from Amana Smokehouse.

My brother is a smart butt to say the least. This year he put ham sandwich on his Christmas list. When I came across the ham sandwich box I thought Christmas win! Everyone had a great laugh. The next day I got a call from my brother asking how I found this and that this ham and cheese made the best sandwich! The mustard does have a little kick but is the cherry on top!

You need to have a loaf of Amana bread included with this item. It doesn't make much sense to call it a ham sandwich without the bread!

Each person we sent the Ham Sandwich to loved it. My brother-in- law (80) because he loves anything fast (except fast food). Our 40 y/o son and family live in California and vacating in Jackson Hole
and won't get in until closer to New Years (but I know he will love because in from the mid west). I am from Davenport Iowa and I am glad that I can still contact a business I was raised with. Donna

I ordered the Ham Sandwich Special and I absolutely love it The ham is just the right size for two people. We had plenty of sandwiches and enough for a couple of ham and egg breakfasts. The Swiss cheese was great and the German mustard brought the whole sandwich together.
