Canadian Bacon was delicious. Plus I loved the fact I could slice thicker. Ordering from grocery store has very thin slices. You really don't get to enjoy the Canadian Bacon flavor. This allows you to taste the rich smoked flavor.

Sliced thin, lightly fried in a skillet and put in a grilled cheese sandwich or paired with fried egg on a bagel or English muffin, it was delicious. We have already ordered more!

We love Canadian Bacon. It is nearly impossible to find bulk pieces that one can slice. The bacon they have on the grocery stores is sliced so thin; it is like eating shoe leather after frying. This bacon is very tasty, not to salty. Definatly will buy again.

Everything I order is always great! My grandmother's people were from the Colonies - East Amana. (I'm a second cousin to the late Carl Oehl). I always visit the Colonies when I'm in Iowa. I have generations of ancestors buried in the East Amana Cemetery. I'd much rather pay more for quality meats and see my money go to a local, home-grown business like the Amana Meat Shop.

Great thing to have on hand for those days you need to get going. Easy breakfast sandwich can be made!

Just heat in a oiled skillet and serve. Do not microwave. Store unopened package in refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze in its original packaging for up to 8 weeks. Enjoy!
