Christmas Ham
The ham came on the exact day you said it would come. It was in great shape and I had time to defrost it in the fridge. Everyone commented on how tasty it was and went home with their share of the ham. I made pea soup with bone that was just delicious, Also ham salad, grilled ham and cheese etc, Very happy with the product and the service from Amana.

Always Excellent Ham
We ordered the Amana spiral sliced ham for both Thanksgiving and Christmas for supplements to our turkey and beef roast. In both cases the hams stole the show.
This is just not in the same category as supermarket ham. Depth of flavor and preparation are far above alternatives. Well worth the money and service is exceptional.

Christmas Eve Treat
This was our first time trying an Amana ham. It was very flavorful and lean. My family always rates holiday hams against another well-known brand and this year they thought this ham was superior. Less sweet, leaner, and very flavorful. Only change we would make is to have the spiral slices slightly thicker. They were a little too thin for our preference as we use the ham for dinner vs sandwiches or buffet. Maybe offer the spiral cut as a choice of either "Thick cut, dinner style" or "Regular Cut, buffet/lunch style" - just a suggestion.

Ham SO Fine
That was a very fine Ham. I am one, who does not like considerable water, in ham, which often occurs. This Ham did not have much water, that one could see. Yet this Ham was moist, soft & very delicious. This will be our Ham, that we chose, in the future.

A++ customer service
Ordered a spiral sliced ham to use for sandwiches and received a regular ham. I called customer service not expecting much. They were so kind and professional, they replaced the ham with no hassles. I received the sliced one today and since I was unable to return the original, I have donated it.

Above and beyond
I often send Amana spiral hams to family and friends. Love them and always good service. This time it was to go to Alaska. They called me personally to say it would take three days. That's ok. Thanks. But they would have to change my message. They did. Thanks. Senior moment...I sent it to their old address. New owner called Amana and they called me. Thanks! Everything worked out. Our friends got their Amana ham and they were thrilled, even if they had to work a little harder for it. I have always loved the Amana Meatshop, now I love, love, love them.

Never disappointed
As usual, for the holidays, a ham was ordered. Unfortunately this year every one was quarantined. My husband and I had the ham I ordered. When it became certain all the family would not be able to be together for the holiday, my step-daughter ordered one for her family. So during the quarantine the ham did not disappoint either household.

This was the best boneless, cured, fully cooked ham that we've ever had! The balance between taste and saltiness was perfection. We never had a dry mouth from too much salt in the ham and preparing and serving the ham was extremely easy. Would buy this product again!

Wonderful Ham
As expected, the ham was tremendous. Arrived quickly and still very cold in the box and mylar bubble wrap. Since the family couldn't get together for Easter, I safely divided it up and distributed it for our isolated Easter celebrations. Perfectly spiral sliced, perfect juiciness, right saltiness, just enough smoke for good flavor, and the meat quality was excellent! I think I literally ate it 5 of out 9 meals in a 3-day span. Will be getting another soon!

Every holiday I order these delicious Amana hams. My family has come to tell me they don't even want turkey any more for Thanksgiving. I love how easy it is to select my ham (bone-in vs. spiral cut) online. The history of my past orders is very, very helpful in remembering what size/type I order from event to event. I love their calendaring system when selecting my delivery date as well. I've ordered for almost 10 years now and the deliveries are spot on. Yum! Yeah!

Bought a spiral sliced ham for Easter. It was delivered when they said it would be, and it was delicious !!! I would strongly encourage anyone that has not bought Amana meat products, to give them a try. The food is great, the service is impeccable and the people in Amana are very friendly.

Everyone Loved It!
A quick warm up and dinner was ready to go. The ham was great on Hawaiian sweet rolls, and everyone loved it however they chose to eat it. It was good with Hoer' Devours as well as with warm and cold sides.

I've been getting these hams for Christmas and Easter for about 10 years now. Yum! and Double yum! The service from Amana is tops as well. I can put in my order a month ahead of time for a specific date and it always arrives on time. It's so convenient. If I have a question and call, a REAL person answers the phone. What a concept! Looking forward to Thanksgiving
We have not tried this ham yet as it is for Thanksgiving. We did grow up in Iowa and have been to The Amana's so I am sure it will be as good as it as back then. Was very happy to find the website and the ham was delivered very quickly.

Excellent ham!
The hams we ordered were excellent! (We also ordered a honey baked ham and sent another ham to friends in California.) The meat was delicious--low fat, easy to prepare, and easy to serve. The only problem we had was the ham we sent to California arrived two days before the ham we ordered to be delivered in KC--ordered on the same day. I chose the "soon as possible option" and should have called or checked further because going to the UPS Distribution Center to be sure we had the hams in time for supper was a hassle. However, the nice UPS people were helpful and had Christmas cookies. We will continue to order hams from Amana Meat Shop, but will remember to place the orders earlier than Dec. 17.

Amana Spiral Ham
My wife is from TX where they eat tons of ham. This was the best ham she ever ate! And of course I knew it would be since it came from Amana.
Amana Hams are fully cooked and ready to eat. To serve warm: if frozen thaw in refrigerator, remove packaging and place on a rack in a shallow pan or roaster with a small amount of water. Cover with foil or lid. Place in a pre-heated 325 degree oven. Bake approximately 14-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°. We recommend basting with the ham liquid or your favorite sauce during the heating process. Tip: Give our Horseradish Jelly a try - delicious! Call to order.
