Our Canadian Bacon cured and fully cooked. It only needs to be gently reheated on the stove-top or oven. If using a skillet, add a little oil and brown slightly over medium heat, turning once. If you desire to heat it as a whole one pound piece, oven baking is recommended. Place in a shallow pan with a small amount of water, and cover with foil to keep moist. Place in a 325° pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes, or just until heated through.
