Prepared according to instructions. Unfortunately turned out dry. Will reduce oven time next try. Other then that, pleased with the product.
Amana Response: Thank you, Terri. Yes, the instruction work for our oven here at the Meat Shop, but I know every oven and cooking time is
different. Please reduce the cooking time - check after 20 minutes. Hope they are moist and delicious next time!

This was my first time ordering the stuffed pork chops. Each chop is just the right size for a meal ... but being the big fan of pork that I am, I indulged in two. Stuff some Iowa chops and I'd been an even happier camper.
Very satisfied with this purchase.

Really good and I don't like pork chops. I purchased it for my son. Could have more stuffing.

Stuffed Pork Chops

Very tasty and the instructions on how to cook helped with the quality of the taste.
Our Stuffed Boneless Pork Chops may seasoned, dredged in flour, or leave just seasoned. Completely thaw the Stuffed Pork Chops before cooking. Sear quickly in a pre-heated medium high heat skillet with oil until brown on each side. Place in a baking pan with a small amount of water on the bottom. Cover with foil to keep moist and bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for 30 minutes. (You may uncover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time, basting with your favorite sauce or gravy if desired.) Oven temperatures may vary so adjust time and temperature as needed. Using a meat thermometer, stuffing should reach an internal temperature of 145°. Keep covered and let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Savory and delicious!
We recommend using our All Natural Seasoning to season the pork chops. It adds great flavor and pairs well with pork or beef.
Pork chops may be stored in the freezer in their original packaging up to three months.
