My friend's family loved the gift basket. It had a wide selection of delicious items. It came on time, and customer service was great. My friend's child has allergies to some common food items and he was able to call customer service and get detailed information about all the products! Many of them were safe for the kid, so it worked out great.

First year gifted family with VIP Special. Then next year everyone received bounty gift pack. This year doing club pack. All family members really love the products with the different kinds of mustard. Plus friends are now asking where I buy My ham. Great tasting, smoke flavor that doesn't overpower the ham. My personal favorite is the beef Jerky, flavor but still taste like beef and not shoe leathery.

This package had all of our favorites! The food was amazing. Arrived cold and well packaged. We sent these as a gifts. Every person who received this package, was very happy with the gift! I ordered this long before my required delivery date for my brother's birthday and had it sent directly to him on the other side of the country. It arrived as promised and when I spoke with him that night he was very pleased and surprised at how much was in the box unfortunately due to distance I was unable to share in the consumption but he later told me how good it is.

my sister has been taking care of my Mom for the last year or so. My Dad recently passed and my Mom found herself alone trying to get some paperwork done. My sister is a whiz at this so they decided to figure it all out together. because of my Moms health and all that she had to get done my sister offered, thank goodness because I'm
awful at it and I'm afraid we might have a clash of minds. It hasn't been easy on either one, but with making 3 square meals a day, taking my Mom to all of her Dr.s appointments I thought this might help to take the weight off everyone's shoulders for a day or so.

First time I have ordered from this company, their 2 day shipping promise was spot on! It was nearly packed and looked inviting after and could not wait to sample. I will say the pepperd bacon was the best I have ever tasted however, it was 50/50 meaning 50% was the best I ever had and 50% was just ok like I could have went to Walmart bought cheap packaged bacon and sausage from oscar. My dad was turning 80. What do we get the man who has everything? We chose the big sampler box! Amana is a special part of our family memories growing up. My parents have several pieces of Amana furniture, to include a grandfather clock. And to order a big sampler from the smokehouse would remind Dad of those fond memories. He reports the box arrived perfectly. The contents were all fresh. That there was "no bottom" as he unpacked it. And that they have enjoyed several things already. It is a wonderful gift! I would not hesitate to order from Amana again.

I purchased this set as a birthday gift to a friend on the West Coast. Unfortunately UPS delivery wasn't exactly on point, the items arriving in three days on 2nd Day Air and a big problem in the middle of summer (all refrigerated items were warm to the touch when opened). But even as I worked up a head full of steam about this, the Amana team went above and beyond, replacing the items and re-shipping it expedited at no extra cost! Rather than just offer a refund to get me off the phone, they went out of their way to ensure that this gift was received as intended. That kind of thoughtfulness says a lot about how they choose to be. They'll be getting my business again!

I sent the smokehouse bounty to my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They were thrilled to receive so much great meat with so many choices. They said everything was delicious. 2 weeks later I received a note saying that the seal on the hickory smoked pfefferwurst had failed and had molded in the refrigerator. The date on the package was 5/27/18. I'm hoping they contact Amana directly, but just thought you should know as soon as possible in case there is a packaging error. Otherwise you have a great product!

Oh my goodness...that box of meat was probably the nicest gift I will get this holiday ... except whatever my wife and kids get me....of course.....Let me tell you...down here in the south we like our pork....but man...when eating those smoked pork chops....my eyes closed with every savory bite...any way...I intend to gift some very lucky people in the same manner.
