The bacon is just the right amount of lean and fat. When fried, it does not shrink away and disappear from the pan. The flavor is good, not overly salty.
Personal preference for me would be just a smidgen thicker, maybe 20%. Good stuff!

When ordering Smoked Pork Chops there was a suggestion to add a pound of bacon. I did and this is the first bacon my wife has commented out of the blue it was delicious and so darn smokey that you couldn't taste the bacon. I would recommend this.

This is my favorite bacon of all time! Love, love, love it!

Stovetop method: Place bacon in a cold pan. Turn on heat and simmer low and slow, turning once to brown both sides. Cooking times will vary depending on how you prefer your bacon. Less for chewy, a bit longer for crispy.
